Spanish national team defender Iñigo Martínez has joined Barcelona, according to the press service of the Catalan club. The player's contract runs until the summer of 2025.
The 32-year-old defender transferred to Barcelona as a free agent. The player spent last season at Athletic, but left the team when his contract expired.
Last season, Martinez played 18 matches, scoring one goal. Transfermarkt estimated his market value at €10 million.
