Colombian forward Luis Diaz of Liverpool may join Barcelona in the summer of 2024, as reported by Mundo Deportivo.
Diaz has been playing for Liverpool since January 2022, scoring 13 goals in 47 matches across all competitions this season. Transfermarkt estimates Diaz at 75 million euros.
According to the source, the Catalans' interest in Diaz has to do with their desire to strengthen the team's attacking potential. Barcelona also plans to extend Robert Lewandowski's contract with a reduced salary and has increased interest in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia following Xavi's decision to stay with the club.
