Argentina's former Barcelona forward Lionel Messi will soon announce the signing of a contract with Inter Miami, according to insider Fabrizio Romano.
According to the source, Messi will play in the U.S. MLS, and Barcelona has lost its chances of getting the 35-year-old Argentine back into the lineup. The player left PSG as a free agent after his contract ended.
The striker spent 875 meetings in his career, scoring 710 goals and giving 339 assists. Transfermarkt has estimated the transfer value of the forward at €45 million.
