French PSG's Argentine striker Lionel Messi can earn $400 million for one season at a Saudi Arabian club, Sports.Yahoo reported.
According to the source, there are negotiations for the Argentine to move to one of the clubs in Saudi Arabia as a free agent. It is also reported that Messi's father Jorge Messi and former Manchester City general manager Harry Cooke are engaged in talks about a possible transfer of the striker.
Messi has been at PSG since August 2021. The player's contract with the team runs until June 30, 2023. The forward has played in 71 matches for the Parisians, scoring 31 goals and giving 34 assists.
The forward played a total of 871 games in his career, scoring 709 goals and giving 338 assists. Transfermarkt portal estimates the transfer value of the player at 45 million euros.
