Patrick Bet-David, a neighbor of Inter Miami striker Lionel Messi, told how the cost of housing in his neighborhood changed after the Argentine moved there.

I bought my house for $20 million (€18 million), and after Messi’s arrival, it is now worth $45 million (€40 million). Thus, I have increased my capital by $25 million (€22 million). Messi moved to this area, and now everyone wants to live here. People come here on boats hoping to catch a glimpse of him.
The player moved to the MLS club in June 2023 from PSG as a free agent.
Earlier, former England player Jamie Carragher said that Cristiano Ronaldo is not even close to the level of Messi.
