Pep Guardiola Interested in Working for Spain After Contract Expires with Man City

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola may work for the Spanish national team after his contract with the English club expires.

According to The Guardian, the Spanish specialist previously planned to head a Serie A club to achieve success in four major European leagues. However, Guardiola's plans have changed. He considers working with a national team as an option to continue his career.

Recall that Guardiola's contract with Manchester City runs until 2025.

Earlier in the final meeting of the Champions League, which was held in Istanbul (Turkey) at the Atatürk Arena, Manchester City under Pep Guardiola defeated Simone Inzaghi's Inter (1-0) by a minimum score.

Manchester City won the English championship with 89 points in the EPL standings. Pep Guardiola's charges beat Manchester United 2-1 in the FA Cup final. The Citizens made the treble last season.
