Real Madrid may let Hazard go for free

Real Madrid midfielder Eden Hazard may leave the club's ranks for free.

According to the publication El Nacional, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is ready to terminate the contract with the 31-year-old Belgian to relieve the payroll. It is also clarified that the club isn't happy with the current performance of Hazard.

The current contract of the player is valid until the summer of 2024.

In the current season Hazard played five matches for the club, scored one goal and gave one assist.
