Bayern Munich head coach Thomas Tuchel evaluated the atmosphere in the locker room of the German powerhouse after the defeat in the Bundesliga match against Bayer.
After the failure in a crucial match, the midfielder of the Bavarians Thomas Muller criticized his teammates.
Bayern & Germany quotes the specialist as saying:
It’s a discrepancy (between training and games) that we perceive. It took a while until we were satisfied with the energy and quality in training, we are now. We feel the team on the pitch, it’s an atmosphere that we currently can’t take with us into the stadium.
Earlier, Tuchel said that Bayern dominated the meeting with Bayer.
After the away defeat with a score of 0:3, the Munich club is in second place in the Bundesliga standings, five points behind Bayer.
