The middleweight fight between Russian fighter Abusupiyan Magomedov and American Sean Strickland will become the main event of the UFC Vegas 76 tournament on July 1.
32-year-old Magomedov last competed in the UFC Fight Night 209 tournament in September 2022, beating Dustin Stoltzfus by TKO in the first round. He has 25 wins and four losses under his belt.
Strickland, 32, had his last fight in January 2023 at UFC Fight Night 217, defeating Nassourdine Imavov by unanimous decision. He has 26 wins and five losses on his record.
