The light heavyweight fight between American fighters Anthony Smith and Ryan Spann will take place on August 26 at UFC Fight Night in Singapore.
The first meeting between Smith and Spann, which took place in September 2021 at UFC Fight Night 192, ended with Anthony winning by first-round choke.
Smith, 34, is currently on a streak of two straight losses. In May 2023 at UFC on ABC 4, he lost to Johnny Walker by unanimous decision. In July 2022, at UFC 277, Anthony lost to Magomed Ankalaev by TKO in the second round. He has 36 wins and 18 losses on his record.
In his last fight, taking place at UFC Fight Night 221 in March 2023, Spann lost to Nikita Krylov by TKO in the first round. Ryan, 31, has 21 wins and eight losses on his record.
