PFL founder and co-owner Donn Davis announced that the league's women's featherweight champion Larissa Pacheco will fight Bellator champion Cris Cyborg.

Earlier, Davis announced the purchase of the Bellator MMA promotion and the intention to hold a tournament "PFL champion vs. Bellator champion".
Recall, Pacheco defeated Marina Mokhnatkina in the final tournament of the PFL season on November 25 by unanimous decision of the judges. The 29-year-old Pacheco has 23 wins and four losses on her record.
Cyborg, 38, last fought in October 2023 at Bellator 300, defeating Cat Zingano by technical knockout in the first round. She has 27 wins and two losses on her record.
