Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor published a post on his Twitter, saying he is serious about fighting Michael Chandler.

Earlier, USADA officials reported that McGregor did not join the testing pool in time and will not be able to return to the octagon this year.
McGregor, 34, last fought at UFC 264 in July 2021, losing to Dustin Poirier by TKO as a result of a broken leg. He has 22 wins and six losses under his belt.
Chandler, 37, last faced Poirier in the Octagon. They fought in November 2022 at UFC 281. The fight ended in Michael's third-round choke loss. He has 23 wins and eight losses under his belt.
