Hansen last fought against Piera Rodriguez in April 2022 at UFC 273. In that encounter, Kay was defeated by a unanimous decision of the judges.
In January 2022, Hansen fought Jasmine Jasudavicius at UFC 270. That fight lasted the entire distance and ended in Kay's loss by unanimous decision of the judges. She has seven wins and six losses under her belt.
