ONE light heavyweight champion Anatoly Malykhin of Russia talked about training with former UFC bantamweight champion Petr Yan.

Me and my coach are going to class: it's raining, there’s a hurricane, the wind is whipping the trees. I don't believe anyone is coming at all, but Petr is there alright. He stands there, staggering, shaking in the wind. He strapped his foot to a kettlebell so he wouldn't be blown away.
Yan, 30, is currently on a streak of three straight losses. In his last fight, held in March 2023 at the UFC Fight Night 221 tournament, Petr lost to Merab Dvalishvili by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 16 wins and five losses on his record.
