Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou of Cameroon published a new post on social media showing how he does his training while working on a sand pit.

Ngannou had his last fight in January 2022 at UFC 270, defeating Ciryl Gane by unanimous decision of the judges. In March 2021, at UFC 260, Francis knocked out Stipe Miocic in the second round. Ngannou, 36, has 17 wins and three losses under his belt.
