The main event will focus on former Bellator featherweight champion AJ McKee and Rizin lightweight titleholder Roberto de Souza.
In the second most important bout of the event, Bellator featherweight champion Patricio Freire will share the ring with Rizin champion Kleber Koike.
Former Bellator bantamweight champion Juan Archuleta will face Soo Chul Kim.
Bellator's Kyoji Horiguchi will fight Rizin Grand Prix winner Hiromasa Ogikubo.
A fifth big bout is also expected to be added to this event, but it hasn't been announced yet.
