McGregor Eager To Return To Octagon After St. Patrick’s For Remaining Two Fights

Former UFC champion in two weight classes, Irish mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor has revealed when he plans to have his next fight.

McGregor told MMA Fighting:

I've got two fights left on my contract. Negotiations are ongoing. When the promotional work of the movie comes to an end, when the St. Patrick’s day festivities come to an end, it’s isolation and it’s focus, and move toward a return to the octagon.

Earlier McGregor said that he intends to fight Michael Chandler in June, and to finish the trilogy with Nate Diaz in September.

McGregor last fought against U.S. representative Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264. In this fight Conor was defeated by technical knockout after breaking his leg. He has 22 wins and six defeats on his record.
