Former UFC double champion in two weight classes, Irish mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor said he plans to return to the octagon in April 2024:
When do I plan on coming back? They're saying April now. I would've loved earlier, but I have to be - if I'm to be honest and be realistic, and for my fans, I want to put in a good run. Build myself back.
McGregor last fought against American Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264. In this confrontation Conor was defeated by technical knockout after breaking his leg.
At the moment, McGregor is on a streak of two consecutive defeats. He has 22 wins and six losses on his record in mixed martial arts.
