Brazilian UFC middleweight fighter Paulo Costa said he may end his mixed martial arts career in the near future.

"My miserable contract with the UFC expires in a few months. There will be a new boxer in town!" - Costa wrote on social media.

Costa last fought against U.S. representative Luke Rockhold this past August at UFC 278. In that fight, Paulo won by unanimous decision of the judges.

Costa made his UFC debut against Garreth McLellan in March 2017. The fight ended with a first-round TKO victory for the Brazilian fighter. He has 14 wins and two losses in mixed martial arts.
