Brazilian UFC fighter Alex Pereira has dropped to ninth in the P4P rankings after his loss to league middleweight champion Israel Adesanya of New Zealand.
Pereira and Adesanya fought in a rematch on April 9 in the main event of UFC 287. In that fight, Alex was defeated by knockout in the second round.
The first fight between Pereira and Adesanya took place in November 2022 at UFC 281. In that fight, Alex won by TKO in the fifth round. He has seven wins and two losses under his belt.
