Founder and co-owner of PFL Donn Davis responded to questions about the potential signing of former UFC double champion Conor McGregor, who has two fights left on his current contract with the organization.
Donn Davis
Well, I’m not addressing Conor per se, just any fighter. Do you know whether it's Jon Jones, Conor McGregor or anyone. The market understands that we now have the capital to do anything, anything. And the market understands that our partners want to put on the biggest fights in the world. So for anyone who's interested, we're ready whenever they're available. We are the most creative, aggressive and interested people. So that applies across the board (not just McGregor).
The 35-year-old McGregor last fought Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264. In that fight, Conor suffered a technical knockout due to a broken leg. He has 22 wins and six losses in mixed martial arts.
