Former UFC fighter and now renowned analyst Chael Sonnen reviewed the light heavyweight championship bout between Jiří Procházka and Glover Teixeira.

It's the Procházka vs. Glover fight. I thought about how great that fight was...How many times did it seem like it was about to be stopped? And the fact that Glover was 30 seconds away from defending the world title... I think Procházka should have gotten more recognition. I saw skill and courage.
Procházka and Teixeira first met in the Octagon this June in the main event of UFC 275. Glover lost that fight by submission in the fifth round. Thus, he lost his UFC light heavyweight championship belt.
In October, 2021, Teixeira fought a Polish competitor, Jan Blachowicz, at UFC 267. In this confrontation, the Brazilian fighter won by submission in the second round. Glover has 33 wins and eight losses under his belt.
Procházka's previous fight was against American Dominick Reyes at UFC Vegas 25 in May, 2021. The Czech fighter won that fight by knockout in the second round.
