Strickland: If Women's Fights Were Broadcast Separately From Men's, No One Would Watch This Crap

UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland believes that no one would watch women's MMA if it was broadcast separately from men's fights.

At a press conference Strickland said:

Sean Strickland
I think most people don't like women's fighting. If they were broadcast separately from the men's, then no one would watch this crap! It is a fact. There is a big difference between men's and women's fights.

Strickland will face South African fighter Dricus Du Plessis in the octagon on January 21 at UFC 297 in Toronto, Canada.

Strickland last fought against Israel Adesanya this past September at UFC 293. In that fight, Sean won by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 28 wins and five losses in mixed martial arts.
