IO Esports Officially Confirms Pure's Disqualification from The Bali Major 2023

Tournament organizer IO Esports has officially confirmed the disqualification of BetBoom Team member Ivan Pure Moskalenko from The Bali Major 2023.

The announcement was published on social networks. Also, the TO representatives again drew the attention of the community and organizations to the rules of the major. Besides, IO Esports said that they will take all actions to maintain the integrity of the tournament.

Until the end of the major Roman Resolut1on Fomynok, who previously was an analyst in the English-language studio coverage of The Bali Major 2023, will play for the BetBoom Team.

Caster Vladimir Maelstorm Kuzminov on his Telegram channel reported that Pure may be disqualified for up to 5 years.

At the time of writing the news, Azure Ray beat BetBoom Team on the first map of the confrontation. The Chinese team is one step away from winning the bottom set of The Bali Major 2023.

The Bali Major 2023 takes place June 29-July 9 on LAN in Bali, Indonesia. 18 teams from around the world are playing for $500,000 in prize money and the 3,500 DPC points needed to qualify for The International 12.
