NiP vs. Imperial Esports and The MongolZ vs. NaVi to open IEM Rio 2023 on CS:GO

The group stage of the IEM Rio 2023 on CS:GO starts on April 17th. There are sixteen teams divided into two groups. The first matches of all teams will be played in a best-of-1 format.

Group A matches will start at 17:00 GMT+3. The first matches are NiP vs. Imperial Esports and The MongolZ vs. Natus Vincere. Then at 18:17 GMT+3 we have Heroic vs. 9INE and BIG vs. MOUZ.

Group B matches will start at 19:30 GMT+3. The opening matches are Team Vitality vs. OG and MIBR vs. Cloud9. FaZe Clan vs. 9z Team and FURIA Esports vs. Fnatic will close out the day.

Keep in mind that the schedule is subject to change due to technical issues and the duration of the matches.

The IEM Rio 2023 will take place from April 17th to 23rd in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The prize fund is 250 thousand dollars. A total of sixteen teams will compete in the tournament. FaZe Clan, Natus Vincere, Cloud9, NiP, MOUX, Fnatic, FURIA Esports, Heroic, Team Vitality, and OG and Virtus.pro received invitations to the tournament, but the last team declined to participate in the championship.
