Nadal Set To Come Back At Brisbane Tournament After A Year's Break

Legendary Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal has announced his return to the professional court at a tournament in Brisbane, Australia.

The former world number one has not played since the Australian Open - 2023, where the player suffered a severe iliopsoas muscle injury.

Hello everyone, after a year away from competition, it's time to come back. It will be in Brisbane the first week of January. I'll see you there.

Nadal recently admitted that he sincerely believes in returning to the court. Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic called Rafael a real fighter, noting that the Spaniard's return is amazing news for all of tennis.
