I’ve been with Betfair for over a decade, 99% of my bets/wagering are on the Betfair exchange. I’ve never once had any issues, the Betfair exchange in my opinion is the Gordon Ramsey of sports betting. The reviews here are really low but I believe that’s because people usually only leave a review if they are unhappy with something. I don’t like seeing the stories of people not being paid out, that’s really poor and not how anyone wants to see a company behave. But as Caan Berry advises, this seems to be a common practice with all bookies. But I’m 100% confident you will almost never have any issues when betting on the exchanges.

I give 3 star as they always pay me, but the live chat makes you wait on a bot, i have been here waiting for an hour and still nobody! WHAT A JOKE, They suspended me over me not verifying my phone number which i have done 10 plus times! I will recommend to go on betfair, but in the future they will mock you... I'm done! Updated my address, so they deleted my account and stole my winnings. Betfair only offered a chat bot to deal with it, which ended in a computer says no reply. I must of bet £1000’s over the years, they’re probably doing a favour deleting the account but I’d still like my winnings.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service experience. No empathy whatsoever. Not concerned at all about my stressful situation. Money withdrawn from my account to someone else. No-one was interested. Please be warned everyone. Avoid like the plagued.

Shocking. So mamy deposits and you get 0 bonus on slots. Its a joke. And as for the betting i did a bet multiple teams. It says i lost on some of the teams but yet they actually won? JUST TO BE CLEAR all gamblers are aware that you can and probably will lose money on these sites. However this is the most unprofessional and fraudulent of them all I believe they are the same as paddy power who also have terrible customer service. When you want to delete your account it is impossible you have to jump through several hoops and go to a online chat and send emails. This should be illegal as if you decide to delete account on gambling site it should be accessible. They highly unprofessional and not worth depositing your money with. Stay away!

In credit A/C. cannot place a bet? cannot withdraw MY money? many reasons not to assist/I am nearly 80 years old and resent being told to get a smart phone for the benefit of BETFAIR?. I consider this to be anything but FAIR?

Settled my bet incorrectly and are refusing to pay out. I've been on chat from 13.23 and still currently waiting at 18.12. So many deflection tactics, being bounced from agent to agent. Now they've stopped responding altogether

absolute cowboys! made 2 withdrawals on the 4th of august to the amount of £550 never recieved payment have provided all evidence to say payment not recieved ie letter from bank statements etc not getting anywhere with them surely it must be illegal to withhold my winnings for this long just keep getting fobbed off with the line oh payments are looking in to this i am actually seriously considering seeking legal advice soon.

I Mean there all out to steal your money. im ex gambler and i like to visit reviews on gambling sites enjoy your money being taken ( yes i was once one off them losers who gamble and lose there money every single time but now im free from all that and im no longer a loser.
