I placed some bets here and even tought the odds are good, everything else not. Costumer service very rude, withdrawals takes too much time and the platform is not friendly at all.

I now believe Betfair are making it extremely difficult for you to withdraw winnings. I had to basically force them to pay me my winnings. It was disgraceful. The App I have now deleted and good riddance to a bad lot.

The new app is ****. Extremely difficult to negotiate. I never asked for it and will be changing to another company.
