This app and site is horrible. I am going to repeat all the same problems everyone else has. The app tells me I am not in NJ every time I try to place a bet. There is not a Check Location feature on this app. Navigating app is very very very slow. A $25 no deposit bonus MGM advertises is only for casino bets even though my sports gambling account displays $25. And last and also worst is the customer service. The help chat is brutal. Took me 6 tries to get an answer to my problems. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Try other apps like draftkings, pointsbet, william hill or fanduel.

I saw an Instagram ad that said “Bet $1 on the patriots and win $100 vs the jets” I download the app and if i put money in the patriots i win 10 cents, false advertisement.

Just saw this and I believe it!! That’s the problem a lot of these promos don’t even make sense, they usually scam you in the fine print. They leave the terms open ended or ambiguous sometimes, so if you win they can say no that’s not what we meant!

Received promo in the mail about deposit bonus. Called number given. Agent knows nothing about promotion.

I had to submit a request for withdrawal that would take 2 days. I was flying out in 3 hours. So now I have 13k sitting in BetMGM for the foreseeable future

Same happened to me for 1k. I went to the book asked if I could withdrawal and they said I had to come back in 24 hours. Clearly they have 1k on hand. Terrible process

Though I hate land Borgata with a passion, I have found BetMGM actually pays out the fastest. ACH hits the next day. Though this is money that I played through many times. Maybe some places require you to play through your deposit at least once. This seems reasonable actually.
