BetUk is a brilliant site if you are in casinos or other online games betting. It is the lack to variety in sports betting that lets it down in my opinion. To be fair what BetUk offers on individual sports betting for example on football is most probably the most extensive and in depth variety that any bookmaker offers. It is the lack of sports that is the issue.

BetUK is the worst online bookmakers that I have ever had an experience with and I have used several bookies over the years. BetUK doesn't offer the best odds on football betting and bonuses and offers are not exactly competitive but those are not my main problems with BetUK. For around a month now I have been waiting for a withdrawal of my winnings to be processed. The reason given by BetUK for withholding my winnings is that they have not completed the verification of my identification. I have repeatedly sent copies of the relevant documents to them but they refuse to accept them. I haave never had a problem with any other bookmakers when it comes to verifying my identification. BetUK claim that photographs of my documents are too blurry and claim that they do not accept scanned versions. I've made an official complaint but have yet to receive any response and I am unable to contact them via their live chat so my next step will to be to escalate my complaint and seek help from the UK Gambling Commission. I would strongly recommend avoiding BetUK at all costs. Many other bookies offer better odds, better bonuses and I have yet to experience a bookies that offers worse customer services that BetUK. As soon as I get my money from them I will never be using them again.
