I've been gambling for years. This app is one of the worst. Customer service is horrible. The app is horrible. The crashing never ends and they take your money. If I could give half a star I would. When you start to win a little it's crashes. When you lose money it never crashes. Stay away. Keep your money. Caesars should be embarrassed for even having this to download. Vote to take it down and let Apple know it is a scam!!!!

I'm not sure if it was god helping me or these games but I spent a couple hundred had to go to court give them $500 left court played one game and won $600 on here immediately cashed out and got all my $600!!! I couldn't believe it was that easy to win and TAKE YOUR WINNINGS to ur bank account! Very fast as well I loved this living in Nj can't play now I live in Florida :(

I deposited 15$ to start and now the games won't load at all. Hopefully I'll get my 15$ back!!!!!!!

I was critical of this app in the beginning. Not only have they improved on the number of games available, but they payout quickly! Within 24 hours! Beats the heck out of the other casino apps if you ask me. Pala casino also pays out quickly but they don’t have as many games.

I must of spent $30,000 over the past two years gambling never received anything I called them to ask for my the amount of online credits not total rewards and they logged me out on online chat one of the people Chris c knew what I was asking and answered my understood right away than he blocked my account as I tried to see if I can redeem my online credits I called and immediately they put my account under review and told me you can talk to someone about my request instead he probably transferred me to another person in the same department these people can’t even answer a yes or no question they just don’t want you getting anything they owe you theirs always some type of way for them to make you just give up and not get anything for playing either way I’m never gambling here again lost to much and not worth enjoying those rewards 10 cents per 10$ and than having to go through fraud because I asked about it ridiculous. I still haven’t received any of my rewards and never even used a promotion and they blocked my account and said it’s under review and I had to find out they reported it to fraud lol these people just don’t want you to be satisfied.

If I could give 0 stars. I would. Place sports bets and can’t see them. Talk to customer service and they are having a problem they will get back to me. When. They don’t know. Do yourself a favor don’t download. Go to DraftKings

Hands down the worst app I have used for betting. Their app rarely works and they offer 3 lines per game with no in-game betting. Go with DraftKings, FanDuel or other more-established avenues.
This app honestly looks like they rolled it out WAY before they were ready and functionality shows that.
Would give this app 0 stars if I could.

Can’t even give me the 10 free dollars it says for joining your not getting a dime of my money

The app is great besides the fact that it constantly crashes. It could definitely use some upgrades. I will continue to use but holding my breath it doesn’t keep crashing...

No matter how I tried to use my $10 free sports bet bonus it never worked. Even after contacting support chat online and told what odds the bet had to be I went and tried again at the exact odds they told me to no prevail. I just stopped trying.
