I signed up and even deposited to play and then got a warning that since I'm not in NJ I could not play. Tried to get my deposit back and said I haven't met the qualifications for a deposit

They will ask you for 25 forms of Id if you try and withdraw money !!!! They have no problem taking your money but to win and withdraw money forget about it !!!!! All your doing is donating and if you win and your excited that you won,YOU WONT SEE A DIME!!!!!

It takes 2 weeks to withdraw from them, but they take your money in seconds. Other sportsbook take a day or two to withdraw from them. Do not get conned with the big bonus match that they offer, because you need to lose your money and play 10 x the amount of bonus before you can cash out. Stay away!

I deposited money so I could start playing. To only find out I can't play cause I don't live in jersey. And in order to get my deposit I have to deposit more money. So I basically gave this casino my money

Caesar's is absolutely hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a sportsbook in my life. They get me to sign up offering a $300 deposit match, but when I make the initial deposit, there's no match.

So I reach out to them and they say I need to make a bet first then they will match it. I make the full bet then they credit my account as a free bet, not a match. So then I need to make another deposit. By this time, I've missed all kickoffs so I wait until next week. I log back in next week and the free bet is gone.

So now I try to withdraw my second deposit and it goes into processing. It has been nearly a week and still just processing and all they can say is withdrawals are taking longer than expected due to a large influx. But they can instantly take my money right?

False advertising, poor customer service, and now just STOLEN MONEY. The app is absolute garbage too, always crashing and making me sign back in and doesn't properly add bets to my bet slip unless I click them multiple times.

This app is a joke, I've tried multiple times to deposit money but keeps coming back as transaction declined. Spoken to customer service they said I must have made a mistake when entering my details which is not correct as I've now re entered my details 3 times now.
Can't say how the paid play is but every few minutes on the free play the game crashes so if your playing a probability game it's annoying as you start from the beginning again.
Don't waste your time with this stupid app!!

They only verify your current resident once you make a deposit. It takes theme 5 second to take ur $$ BUT DAY TO GET YORU MONEY BACK !

I'm not sure if it was god helping me or these games but I spent a couple hundred had to go to court give them $500 left court played one game and won $600 on here immediately cashed out and got all my $600!!! I was critical of this app in the beginning. Not only have they improved on the number of games available, but they payout quickly! Within 24 hours! Beats the heck out of the other casino apps if you ask me. Pala casino also pays out quickly but they don’t have as many games.
