I can see there is some marketing that goes into attracting new users and feedback from current users as lots of offers, good layout and decent customer service to make it worth it.

Staff always helpful and polite, the odds are quite good and it’s a good place to watch the sports live.

I like the layout of Coral, user experience important as always and certainly the navigation style to ensure a simple but fast way of fibding and securing best odds in markets. Good customer service provided. Still prefer B365 hence the 4 stars for now.

Before the proliferation of on line book makers I used to use my local Coral's which was right in between a Ladbroke's and William Hills. I tried them all but really preferred using the Coral one. Friendly helpful staff the odd's seemed better well set out tables to look through the racing pages and easy viewing access.

Don’t get on with Coral at all. I don’t seem to be eligible for any of their offers but they never tell me before the event. For some reason can only get small bets on. Also had account hacked and customer service is so poor.

Ladbrokes and Coral are the same platform online. So, if you like one you will enjoy the other. I dislike them both but that is purely a personal preference. Try to place anymore than say £100 the evening before a race and you will get referred to the market team (or whatever they are called). In shop you need a card before you can get BOG. Very poor stuff...

I have never had any concerns with Coral when using them in the past, not my main betting service currently, but when using them they were a very good service.

Overall, I rate Coral good. Their customer service staff online could be a little more knowledgeable when it comes to certain sports. i had an issue recently about a player not on their tournament betting page (before the tournament started) but was submitted on the official LPGA webste to play. Therefore, customer regarded the player as a non-runner before the start and no bet was placed but the player took part and was placed in the top 5 of the tournament.
