This company has the most unclear promotions that make no sense and when you pay by card via Apple Pay they claim it’s not by card it’s by an e-wallet (never heard of this phrase ever) so the promotion is not valid You then try and speak to someone and they just close the conversation. I’ve never dealt with such rudeness from a company ever. Stay away

This is up there with the worst. Dosent deserve 1 star. 5 deposits.. 2 of them 0 wins.. 1 of them 40p... the other 2 were odd bits of 20p.. 40p.. not even stake wins. The corrupt part is you play hundreds and dont receive a single bonus!

I've been on Paddy Power for a while, never had any problems or complaints. All withdrawals have appeared in my bank account within a couple of working days. I'm up a few hundred quid on age of the gods roulette and a couple of grand on the horses. I would give 5 stars except I have my suspicions that the chance of getting a good bonus in the casino games will go down if you are in profit, and go up if you're at a loss, which seems unfair. I'm not 100% sure about this but I have noticed a trend. I can't comment on customer service because I've never used it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They changed the bet after i placed it and when i tried to void the bet the customer service put on hold for 20 minutes then said oh looks like match ended we cant void the bet now.. tried to offer me £3 free bet when my bet was for £10.

Place a promotion in shop this morning. 2 hours later told no more promotions I can have but won't honour the promo I did prior to the gubbed email. Fair enough I will open an new account with a new bookie if that's how they feel.

Beware of this company! Signed up for a promotion deposit 10 get 10 free bet, but they denied my eligibility because I deposited the money using apple pay instead of card? This even though I pointed out that the first option offered after signing up is to deposit with apple pay! Complete rip off
