Hi all just shut my Paddy Power account down. No rudeness slagging off in my review as I am an adult. But after 10 possibly 15 years of being a very very LOYAL customer I did another bet builder small print READ IT rpt READ IT it was only a fiver! I got 5/6 right they would not give me my stake back all down to odds on each selection. Im not a professional punter at all far from it a guy that enjoys bet like tge majority of people They haveto no leeway at all over only a fiver they were rigid very very tight and tbh because of this and atyitude v a very lonf term loyal customer I closed my account I'd say thier loss my gain THIS SHOWS NO LOYALTY at all with long time customers.. I wonder what Paddy himself would think..... He could always contact me a bit of leeway ie on the occasion we will waver it.. AND BTW 100% GAURANTEED NO FEED WILL COME IF IT DOES I WILL POST BECAUSE BEING OFFSHORE WELL.....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They changed the bet after i placed it and when i tried to void the bet the customer service put on hold for 20 minutes then said oh looks like match ended we cant void the bet now.. tried to offer me £3 free bet when my bet was for £10.

Would not give them 1 star if I didn't have to. Just spoke to luke on chat what a shambles, I did a super Yankee today 3 winners going on to the fourth and paddy power gave it as a looser on the cash out page in fact It had won in a photo finish. It gave me no chance to cash out what a joke. Luke tried to baffle me with a load of bull so I find myself putting it on here.

No point in offering a cash out option when you never give a cash out available to take, i currently have a 7 fold on 5 selections have won already one selection is up 3-0 with 15 mins left and one selection is up 2-1 at half time, cash out unavailable and has been unavailable since kick off, ive had so so so many bets never with any form of cashout its always suspended even if all are winning, why bother offering a cashout service if you dont actually present a cashout price? Morons

Absolute disgrace! Deposited money, placed two bets one of which was a winner. Go back to look at bets and bet slips have vanished. So I didn't win. What acon.

Robbed of cashout. Needed 1 goal with 30 minutes left and thought cash out will be decent, I’ll see what it is. Constantly says something happening bear with us, then cash out comes back with £0.03 in last seconds of match. This has happened numerous times. Don’t use them, they are just thieves

Odds offered on Paddypower are ridiculously low with 1.83 and 1.83 for a win/lose bet very common - particularly on smaller markets. More of a scam are the in running Cashout values. Example £50 Win on Rahm placed on both PP and Betfair (not on the exchange). At exactly the same time PP were offering £58 Cashout while Betfair were offering £82. This ridiculously low Cashout value has now become a common feature on Paddypower. Go elsewhere for better odds and cashout value.

Robbing b@stards cash out unavailable on a bet which was one off winning the whole bet message said bare with us something is happening which is affecting the cash out value which stayed stuck on that message until full time clearly Paddypower were dragging their feet so I couldn’t cash out complete scamming pr! cks stay clear of this corrupt site

Visited PP Surbiton branch this morning to pick up a £25 winning football bet. My partner does the 49'ers and asked me to put on a bet. I was writing this on a PP slip when the young man on the counter shouted out to me 'we can't accept bets that are not on our standard 49's slip. I said to him 'you really know how to get rid of customers' The bet would have been on the standard form but on principle, in view of his abrupt attitude. I took it to Corals. He also said that they had had trouble with our bets in the past, to which I replied 'Yes but you had a lot of our business too. He is referring to the odd occasion when a £3 or £4 betv included some extra 4 timers at a 1,2,3,4 or 5p stake, which is quite acceptable to other bookies ie Hills & Coral. I told him to just pay me my winnings and that I had not visited PP for an arguement. This guy is rude and patronising. I will not be dealing with PP again.
