Played jackpot prizelines last night put 16 euro on it just to receive back 3 euro told staff about my experience they kept going on about safer gambling then blocking my account because I told them the game is totally messed up and no wonder why 1.3 reviews staff are horrible trying to get me to make everything I say the opposite to easy close your account!

When you get a win they suspend your account so as you cannot make any withdrawals, but you can bet more though!2 hours on chat and i gave them exactly what was required for ID verification and they still won't lift the suspension on my account. How can they get away with this?

Whats going on with this site 2 months ago my account was blocked thay said i had put on self exclusion when i didn't ast me loads of questions sent my id in open it back up been depositeing for two months and shut it down permanently for no reason the day before thay give you 5 pound for toping up all week went on chat just get a robot can someone please give me a explanation to why if it shouldn't of reopend it for some reason then i want two months of money i have deposited because you shouldn't of took my money and i will take it further as it brakes the tc of the Safe gambling the is no reason for shutting my account down

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They changed the bet after i placed it and when i tried to void the bet the customer service put on hold for 20 minutes then said oh looks like match ended we cant void the bet now.. tried to offer me £3 free bet when my bet was for £10.

Would not give them 1 star if I didn't have to. Just spoke to luke on chat what a shambles, I did a super Yankee today 3 winners going on to the fourth and paddy power gave it as a looser on the cash out page in fact It had won in a photo finish. It gave me no chance to cash out what a joke. Luke tried to baffle me with a load of bull so I find myself putting it on here.

No point in offering a cash out option when you never give a cash out available to take, i currently have a 7 fold on 5 selections have won already one selection is up 3-0 with 15 mins left and one selection is up 2-1 at half time, cash out unavailable and has been unavailable since kick off, ive had so so so many bets never with any form of cashout its always suspended even if all are winning, why bother offering a cashout service if you dont actually present a cashout price? I am a Manchester City fan of 20 years now I understand my club gets hate but never of a company who are meant to be professional. They bash city constantly on social media it has been rumoured the admin of paddy power twitter is an Irish man United fan. They dm me in secret on twitter and took the mick out of my looks and my wife. I’m absolutely appalled by this disgusting behaviour you have lost a customer for life.

I have uploaded my photo I. d and proof of address. Account was randomly suspended as I tried to log on yesterday: ‘Access to this account is denied - this account has been closed. Please contact us if you have any questions. ’I would rather them to tell me that my account was banned and that it was unrecoverable. Rather than telling me to contact customer service. So, I contacted customer service - it took a really long time and multiple transfers from agent to agent. Was asked to provide my information again. All that effort then to tell me that my account was unrecoverable. They then went on saying that they ‘cannot disclose any information and details on why it was banned’. What’s the point of telling me to contact you for more detail. Garbageeeeee… Spent 40 minutes on this trashh. I have accounts on other sites and had no problem!
