Very shady site constant freezing it logs you out after every game and during the game bonuses don’t appear and when they do it freezes and reloads to come up with a technical error more often then not

i had problems logging in a few times but then all was ok i didnt lose any cash thank god, i got the right help i needed i guess i was lucky i will now make sure not to lose my password again

As a new member I deposited £20 to get a £30 bonus, which really you could only end up using on slots or casino.... worst thing is to get anything back at all you need to to wager 30 times the deposit and so called bonus, yeh £1500. I have to redress the balance here, granted you win some you lose some, however the payment system is excellent, winnings paid into my account within 30 minutes. Only reason I've given 4 stars and not 5 is because games and the web site do crash quite often.

It has affected my ability to trust your site, software, security and technical troubleshooting process. Instead I have had to go through 3 different chats and being called a liar when I clearly deposited, played casino games and withdrew my winnings only for that time period to disappear from your site. The transaction history is suppose to be accurate and realisable but instead it seems like it has reoccurring faults because your site treated me the same last time until I had to go on trust pilot to complain then your site looked into it and apologised when they found the error. It’s not fair to think you can treat players like that and get away with it.
