Tony Bet is a legit business but they are ******* off their customers with this money laundering thing. We just want to bet and get paid really.

I have the same problem as everyone else. I have deposited 130f and want to pay it. I have been trying to recover my money for a week now, I sent all the documents, now I even want a bank statement from my revolut account! they even asked what the transfers were made for. It's a scandal, does anyone know where to report it?

So after nearly 6 weeks i will finally receive my withdrawal they will be processed within 48 hours, so hope they go through with it.

Hopefully Ibas will sort this as 6 weeks waiting for a withdrawal is disgusting. I hope Tony bet gets shut down! Clearly there's alot of other people in the same situation. I found a mistake on their LIVE betting offer, which mislead my bet decision. I contacted with them explaining everything with a question if my bet can be voided. I was very suprised getting quick answer with an apologies from their site and guess what - my bet was returned! The most important fact is that bet was previously lost! As with several other reviews on here I had absolutely zero issues depositing funds repeatedly with Tonybet however as soon as I attempted to make a withdrawal they made it exceptionally difficult. My passport has expired so they won’t accept that as proof of ID(despite it clearly proving I am who I say I am. I have provided a multitude of proof of address, bank statements etc however I simply receive the same generic, unhelpful responses. Stay clear of this company, a bunch of absolute crooks

Blocked! I too was waiting to withdraw winnings. Sent every bit of paperwork I had. Now without any warning TonyBet have blocked my IP address, I have not entered my password incorrectly too many times, they have stolen money from me. I am a trading standards officer so this will not be the end of it!

(yesplease911) made a deposit in my account did not credit went on live chat they asked for my details to verify my account I did this then asked for my bank statements. update I have to provide these details to be credited my funds I now have to wait 48h because my statements where quarterly to view my statements because they changed them then provide them then I have to wait however long it takes to accept them totally unacceptable the way I have been treated.

They replied to me today, after waiting 8 days since I last provided more documents for my account mattlennon9. They’ve now asked for my payslips, even though I emailed this to them on the 23rd June! We’ve all been scammed guys - weren’t not receiving any withdrawals. Our deposits have been stolen. Report this fraudulent company to the Gambling Commission, IBAS, Police and your bank.
