Unfortunately it’s exactly the same problem for me with my account mattlennon9. I deposited £500 on the 22nd June and withdrew £735 following a successful sports bet. My account was disabled and I was asked to provide all bank statements, ID, payslips, proof of inheritance, copy of the front/back of my debit card, written proof of closure of my old bank accounts, statements showing payments to and from Tonybet. All have been provided. Livechat repeat the same lie over and over with the same copy/copy message “please note the security team is currently experiencing unusually high volumes due to new restrictions from UKGC which causes delays with case investigation”. All legitimate documents were provided. Every 5 days or so after replying with what they’ve asked for, they reply asking for something else, and then you need to wait 5-7days for a reply where they will ask for something else from you. I have voiced my concerns on Livechat that I believe I have been defrauded/robbed and mentioned this Trustpilot page, and the reply was “is there anything else I can help you with? ”. I have now reported this to the Police, Gambling Commission and IBAS. This company is based in Lithuania - which says it all. The U. K. Gambling Commission licence number for this company is 039126-R-319399-009. Unfortunately we have all been defrauded by Tonybet, I suspect the company is either going under or is about to lose it’s licence and are therefore purposely preventing all outgoing payments in the hope that we all give up. The Livechat claims they are working 24/7 to resolve the problems, but clearly again another lie. I have issued a complaint via their official complaints procedure, and of course there was no reply. As you can see from their replies on Trustpilot, they copy/paste the same apology and assure us by using their livechat. Livechat will just issued the same copy/paste message as mentioned above.

Well well well, my last review was speaking highly of th Tonybet as you can see only last week. Now they have out of no were, asked me to send them my income details, statements invoices etc. Soon as they said this I said bye, shut my account. This is just pathetic, they just dont like winners. And people who withdraw alot. I've been a customer for 2 month or so and this has just been brought up! I went to deposit and didnt have the option no more, then live chat told me to download the KYC document stating a load of sh it. Tonybet, this just pushes people away, we cant be bothered. Goodbye.

Tony bet have completed stopped replying to my emails. They disabled my account on 16 June and robbed £700 on me. I provided bank statements, revelot statements, payslips, questionnaires and more. They robbed me, simple as. Gangsters. Robbers.

I made 3 withdrawals. (the 1st of which was as far back as June 14th) I do not know why I am surprised that none of these withdrawals have been processed yet. I have literally sent them everything they could possibly ask for and I still haven't received any of my withdrawals. I even gave them my life story of why I use Neteller to gamble. I have been betting for 15 years and have never experienced anything 1% as bad as this firm. They practically want to know about every transaction you make from your bank account even why you sent your mate £50. My deposits into Tonybet are probably 2% of what I have in my savings, which they could clearly see on the many statements I have sent them. I was also asked to send my payslips twice, yes TWICE. The same payslips I sent previously a few days before, this is how "professional" they are. I work for a betting company myself and know what they are doing is ridiculous and deliberately using delay tactics to get customers to just give up. There is no way on earth I am going to give up on getting my money. I have opened a case with resolver and if my pending withdrawals do not reach my bank account in the next few days I will be opening a case with IBAS. I am more than happy to go to court over this and sue them for time wasting as well. As they have no right to hold your money once you have sent everything they have asked for and explained everything in detail. Do NOT even think about opening an account with these lot until they get their act together and you see a significant improvement in their reviews. I sent my final set of documents this morning so in 72 hours I will know whether they have started to get their act together or if they have completely lost the plot.

After closing my account 4 weeks ago and asking for all my personal banking( which I gave 18 months worth)I am still yet being asked for more proof of savings etc!, when I contacted customer services they would not answer my question of why I had to still send yet more proof of my personal accounts, strange they chose to suspend my account when I had over £800 in it!, joining the list of disappointed customers!.

I joined this betting company over a month ago and it's the biggest mistake I ever made I won money and they are refusing to pay out until I give them my bank details which should be against the law they have the biggest joke of online help ever got to 2 agents Jared and Alison who will tell you nothing but lies from the start and both should be sacked I asked for the email to make a formal complaint against both but email address doesn't work

Update. Recieved contact after 2 weeks. I have already supplied payslips, bank statements and much more. Surprise surprise they have come back asking for a load more info. After 2 weeks in limbo! Also asked how I can afford to deposit more than my salary. Well as a gambling site they are well aware people withdraw their winnings and redeposit it. It's not new money! This is the worst betting site in the world. The is a ploy to keep your winnings and earn interest on it on their account. I hate giving them my documents but what choice do I have. They have you by the balls!

I can only speak for myself, and for me my genuine thoughts on tonybet are really good. I did have to go through the process people are mentioning but mine was sorted within 24 hours. I sent documents of everything they needed and was verified without hassle, I also reccomend using PayPal as a source of depositing. My withdrawals are always processed within 24 hours, or even within 4 to 8 hours sometimes, and with paypal being the source, its sent immediately. And I can then instantly withdraw from PayPal into my bank so i have monies very quickly. Acejacko31, cheers tonybet: )
