SCAM! Deposited 3000 and haven’t even placed a wager yet and tried to take my money out because I decided against gambling. Gave a whole pile of documents that they refuse to accept. I simply want my money back but I’m guessing I’ll never see it again at this point. Impossible to deal with customer service who just parrots needing to verify my account. Do not stop you from depositing money but refuse to let you take it out

Same company as 20bet just different domain. I will not put a penny after I saw so many complains and funds confiscated. avoid

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Unfortunately this company are not processing customers funds the other reviews are correct. Reported them to the gambling commission they will not pay you out be warned! I have little hope of getting my money back I expect this company will fold or disappear and i will be left out of pocket. Gambling commission should of stepped in and closed them down before they could keep taking customers money

I sent in more documents yet again nearly 2 weeks later still no one has got back to me, i am not providing anything else now! They have everything about me accept my bra size.. Ibas can now deal with this! Tony bet can happily close my account i never want to play again, i just want my winnings! Hopefully Ibas will sort this as 6 weeks waiting for a withdrawal is disgusting. I hope Tony bet gets shut down! Clearly there's alot of other people in the same situation. Blocked! I too was waiting to withdraw winnings. Sent every bit of paperwork I had. Now without any warning TonyBet have blocked my IP address, I have not entered my password incorrectly too many times, they have stolen money from me. I am a trading standards officer so this will not be the end of it!

They replied to me today, after waiting 8 days since I last provided more documents for my account mattlennon9. They’ve now asked for my payslips, even though I emailed this to them on the 23rd June! We’ve all been scammed guys - weren’t not receiving any withdrawals. Our deposits have been stolen. Report this fraudulent company to the Gambling Commission, IBAS, Police and your bank.

Sad to say I have been treated the same as many writing reviews on here. Deposited £500 on an already verified account and withdrew £1350 only for them to disable my account and ask for every document under the sun, from bank cards, payslip bank statements etc I have now contacted the gambling commission and lodged a complaint and vu am seeking legal advice on this for withholding my money DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Also an absolute embarrassment of a customer service dept. No phone number to call and just sent emails asking for the same thing over and over again I have also now raised a complaint at the gambling commission and will seek legal advice against this company

Avoid! disabled my account after i tried to withdraw £1000 asked me to fill out a politically exposed person (PEP) I have no idea why they need so many documents after I already gave them every possible detail you could think of it’s like there trying to steal my identity it’s been a week now and they have stopped replying to me
