Ayer 4 weeks of trying and sending so many documents this scam of a website still hasn’t paid me my money. They said they have processed my money but will not send me proof that they have! This is a complete scam of a website and please do not waste your money on this website

An absolute disgrace, hadn't used the site for a long time, started again but with a new card (previous ones had expired were cancelled as they were e COMPRIMISED ( no doubt by similar sites/situation), i can verify myself until it gets to old cards, I'm not talking big amounts here, deposited a few thousand, requested a few hundred but cannot withdraw because of old card. To add I was happily playing, stupidly depositing, never withdrawing until I was hit with "TECHNICAL ISSUES", it was then I realised I hadn't verified, and it has been a **** storm since. They take your money quite easily but don't try to take even a few percent back. It won't happen! #keep your money

I gave this company all required documents including my ID, Safaricom MPesa Statement, Ebill (Which has a date but they say they can't see the date!, TCC from KRA, all with my address! But they still refused to verify my address. So they refused to let me withdraw ANY of MY money. I even cancelled their fake "BONUS" because I just wanted my money back. I explained I don't pay utility bills as I live at home but they can't help! So I've basically been scammed 5800. Report them to Kenya BCLB, it's very easy and make sure to inform others because I suspect they accumulate and use our personal information and money to launder or something worse. They also have a part where they say they'll share your PI with "3rd Parties. " ICT Kenya should also be informed of this. I'll use those Kenyan bigwigs on Twitter and review sites to let me tell everyone of this.
