India vs Sri Lanka Predictions: India to seal the series in final game

India will be facing off against Sri Lanka in the third and final game of the three-game T20 series being held, at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot. India was impressive and kept their nerves to get win the first game by two runs and Sri Lanka came back strongly to win the second. Who will win the final game between these two sides?

India form

India started the year on a positive note with a victory despite making only 162 runs at Wankhede. In the second game, Indian bowlers were very very poor with Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh bowling five no balls in two overs. India due to their performance with the ball was given a huge total of 207 to chase down but the men in blue never get going despite the last push by Axar Patel and Surya Kumar Yadav. India lost the game by 16 runs. Indian openers were not able to leave any mark on the game and were got out cheaply scoring 3, 5 and 5 runs respectively. India will have to do better in bowling and batting to win the final game and make a comeback.

For the second game in a row, Sri Lankan bowlers were at their absolute best. They bowled on the right areas and got the purchase from the wicket. Despite their spinners going for a lot of runs due to dew on the pitch the team did pretty well overall to come back into the series. Skipper Dasun Shanaka lead from the front in the batting department scoring 56 runs off 22 balls helping Sri Lanka put up a massive total on the board. Sri Lanka will be looking to continue their form from the second game and seal the series against India.

Expert betting tips

The pitch will favour the batsman and Rajkot has seen high-scoring games over the years. Batting second is the best option for the toss-winning captain with dew setting in the second innings. Both the games of the series have been won by the team batting first but we can see an exception here. The spinners might get some purchase in the latter overs. We expect India to do well and will rectify their mistakes from the previous game. Expect a huge total on this ground.
