West Indies came back strongly after losing the ODI series and the first game of the T20 series to level up the series 1-1. Then in the third T20, they were outplayed by the Indians. After posting a respectable total of 164 runs, the West Indies bowlers were not able to defend the target. There were few glimpses of brilliance though in patches from the West Indies. They have to put on a cohesive and consistent good form to level up the series and take the series to the last game.

Surya Kumar with his explosive 74 off 44 balls took the game away from the Windies. He was supported by Iyer and Pant. India is over-reliant on a few of its batsmen which can come and haunt them in the series. Indian pacers are leaking too many runs which will be a cause of worry for Indians.
