Barcelona Aim to Acquire Real Madrid's Goalkeeper Lunin

According to Defensa Central, Barcelona President Joan Laporta has held discussions with Jorge Mendes, the agent for Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin.

Reports indicate that Laporta expressed interest in a potential transfer of the Ukrainian goalkeeper to the Catalan club. However, Lunin's representative stated that the goalkeeper currently has no plans to leave Real Madrid. Besides, it is unlikely that Real Madrid's management would approve of a transfer to their fierce rivals.

This season, Lunin has appeared in nine matches for Real Madrid, keeping four clean sheets and conceding 12 goals. Earlier reports suggested that Manchester United are prepared to offer Real Madrid 40 million euros for Lunin's transfer.
