Zlatan Ibrahimovic will grace the cover of the exclusive edition of EA Sports FC 26. Electronic Arts announced that the official trailer for the latest installment of the football simulation will be released on July 16 at 19:00 GMT+3.
This game continues the famous series that has replaced FIFA. The Ultimate Edition cover will feature the legendary Swedish striker, who is the all-time top scorer for the Swedish national team.
He is expected to receive a special legend card in the game. The cover photo is a nod to an old image of a young Ibrahimovic reading about his idol, Brazilian striker Ronaldo.
According to unofficial sources, other cover variants are set to include other notable players, such as Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham, who previously represented FC 25, and Jamal Musiala from Bayern Munich, marking his first appearance on a cover.
EA Sports FC 26 is scheduled for release on September 26, with Ultimate Edition owners being able to play from September 19.
