Kenny Florian on the podcast with Jon Anik
Nobody owes anybody anything. For Jon Jones, he does care about his legacy. The fans are gonna dictate a lot of what happens with these fights. Obviously, they’re the lifeblood, they’re the reason why there’s so much money behind these fights. But for a professional athlete, they really don’t owe anybody anything.
Tom Aspinall last fought in July 2024 at UFC 304, knocking out Curtis Blaydes in the first round. He has 15 wins and three losses under his belt.
Jon Jones last stepped into the octagon in November 2024 at UFC 309, defeating Stipe Miocic by TKO in the third round. He has 28 wins and one loss under his belt. One fight has been ruled a no contest.
