The Cameroon assistant coach, Ashu Cyprian Besong, has revealed that Bryan Mbeumo is growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of progress in a potential transfer to Manchester United.

Although the forward remains professional and composed as negotiations continue.
Mbeumo, who has impressed consistently for Brentford in the Premier League, is understood to be open to a move to Old Trafford this summer.
However, discussions between the two clubs have yet to yield an agreement, leaving the 25-year-old in a holding pattern ahead of the new season.
Brentford have turned down three offers from Manchester United including one worth around £55million for the striker.
And Cyprian Besong tells Telecom Asia exclusively that the striker is thinking about the move.
Yes, obviously he’s very frustrated with how long it’s taken. But he’s a professional and anticipates these things.
The Cameroon international scored 20 goals and provided eight assists last season, despite playing for midtable club Brentford who finished 10th in the league table.
He and Yoane Wissa have combined to soften the blow of the Bees losing Ivan Toney.

Besong, who recently spoke with the player, described Mbeumo’s mindset as calm but determined.
I spoke to him about a week ago and he is very calm with everything that is going on. But of course, he’s already told them he wants to go to United.
The coach also praised Mbeumo’s maturity and sense of loyalty to Brentford, the club that brought him to English football from Troyes in 2019.
He just wanted the two clubs to find an agreement, as he’s very grateful for the opportunity that he’s been given by Brentford in his career.
