Akamai taps new marketing VP

Akamai Technologies, which supplies cloud platform for enterprises, has appointed Frederic Moraillon as vice president of marketing for Asia Pacific Japan (APJ).
Moraillon will be based in Singapore and reporting to Sanjay Singh, senior vice president and general manager for APJ at Akamai.
Prior to joining Akamai, Moraillon was running a boutique public relations firm and software sales business, and has held senior leadership roles with Business Objects, SAS Institute, PeopleSoft, and Silicon Graphics
