New Zealand-based Quotable Value (QV) has appointed AT&T to provide telecommunication services to help improve the performance of its online business and operate on a trans-Tasman basis.

The country's largest valuation and property information company, QV operates from 22 offices throughout New Zealand with subsidiaries in Auckland and Australian states.

QV general manager of information technology, Bryce Johnson, said that AT&T helped the company meet its trans-Tasman needs providing the service-level it requires.

"Secure telecommunications is vital to our Internet and valuation business since our clients rely on regular access to our database of property information, resulting in approximately 60,000 visitors to our Web site per month. AT&T gave us considerable confidence that any service interruptions would be resolved quickly," said Johnson.
