Turkish operator Avea has entered into an agreement with Orga Systems for the deployment of the latter’s convergent charging product GOLD.

Avea plans to use Orga Systems’ Multi-Rating Node Technology with high-performance, in-memory processing to allow the smallest hardware footprint and reduced TCO.

Avea will also use Orga Systems’ 3GPP-compliant Next Generation Control Point for real-time data charging.

Orga Systems recently achieved TM Forums’ Frameworx 12 Conformance Certification for the latest version of its real-time platform GOLD R2.4. It also achieved full conformance with TM Forums’ Business Process Framework (eTOM) and Information Framework (SID).
